These service contracts, usually catered to the public safety industry, cover a wide range of expenses that are incurred from servicing equipment onsite or in-house. Within these contracts, J&K Communications, Inc. covers onsite labor costs, parts and labor to perform services, trip charges to and from customer sites and provides preventative maintenance once a year for the duration of the contract. With preventative maintenance checks, J&K Communications, Inc. will also tune every radio to factory specs to ensure all updates are made and equipment is functioning properly.
